Information and troubleshoting for attending RISA webinars

After signing up you will receive an email from WebEx with a link to join the webinar. Follow the instructions in that email
Check your junk/spam folder, the email was sent to you immediately after signing up.
You probably entered a different email address than the one you’re checking when signing up, or you misspelled your email address when signing up for the webinar. We have found email address misspelling to be very common. In this case you have not and will not receive the email from WebEx. Prior to the day of the webinar you can call RISA at (949) 951-5815 to get the email sent to your correct email address. On the day of the webinar we will not be able to re-send the email. You will not be able to attend the webinar, however you will be able to watch the recorded webinar after it is complete in the Recorded Webinars section of our RISA Webinars page.
The webinar is not “Started” until 10:50am. You will not be able to log in until that time.

Wait for the recorded version of the webinar to be posted to our website. You will be able to watch it then in the Recorded Webinars section of our RISA Webinars page.
You need to use your phone or computer to "Call-In". When you first launch the webinar, you should be prompted with this dialog that will guide you through calling into the conference.
If you don't see this dialog automatically, click Audio/Audio Conference at the top of your screen.
It will be automatically emailed to you within a week of the webinar.
For a group participation, we can provide up to 5 PDH certificates per each single registration. Email us at email@example.com after the webinar with the names of the attendees in order to receive multiple certificates.
The cost is $30 for each additional 5 certificates. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to pay for the additional attendees.
