The Quick Start Course is a 4-hour hands-on introduction to the basic features and functionality of RISA-3D that utilizes expert instruction and example models to familiarize users with the user interface as well as the main workflow of modeling, loading, analyzing, designing and documenting a model in RISA-3D. Spread out over 2-days (with optional, daily office hour sessions) the course is aimed at users who are new to RISA-3D, however, the tips and tricks provided by the instructor during the session can prove valuable to even the most proficient user.

The RISA-3D Quick Start Course is a hands on, learn by doing course aimed at helping new users to succeed in the new interface of RISA-3D.

Yes, participants will be asked to install the software and complete the RISA-3D Tutorial prior to attending the course. RISA will send an email after registration with installation instructions as well as information on the tutorial.

No, participants will be issued a 7-day license of the software to begin one-day prior to the start of the course.

The course will be conducted via zoom and all registered participants will have access to the Online Event Page which includes the zoom meeting link as well as the zoom meeting passcode. This unique meeting link and passcode will be used for the duration of the course.

All registered attendees will receive a certificate of completion worth 4 PDH credits. The certificate will list the name you registered with and be emailed to the email address you used when you registered within 7 days following the event.

As long as you request a cancellation at least seven days prior to the course, a refund can be issued to you. Please note, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the date of the session. Contact info@risa.com to request a refund.
