Application Installation Instructions

Step 1: Download each installer

Step 2: You may be prompted to run or save the install file

• To run the installer, click Run
• Otherwise Save the file to a location you can access (such as your desktop)
• Then Double-click on the saved file to start the installation process

Step 3: Follow the installation instructions on your screen. Choose proper License Type: (RISA-3D. RISAFloor and RISAFoundation only)

• Standalone Perpetual License (Physical USB Key)
• Network Perpetual License (Using Your Server)
• Subscription License (Cloud Based)

Note: (Subscription Only) Upon opening the program, use the username (your registered email address) and password from your RISA Subscription Welcome Email or from your RISA administrator.

Note: (Network Only) Network installations have changed for RISA-3D, RISAFloor and RISAFoundation, and the server and client are now separate.
