Application Settings (Preferences)
The Application Settings window allows you to choose your program preferences. You can set general preferences, such as showing the “Starting a Model” window when you open RISAFoundation, opening the “Project Information” window when loading a model, showing a warning before filtering input and many other options for setting up your application to best suit your liking. Options may be accessed by clicking File in the ribbon toolbar and selecting Application Settings.
To open the Application Settings window:

Click on File in the ribbon toolbar, as shown in the following image.

Select Application Settings.
The Application Settings window opens to the General tab.

(Optional) Click on the tab associated with the preferences you want to set.
Many of the Application Settings themselves are self-explanatory. However, the following
